We had the good fortune of connecting with Gabriel Jackson-Mallett and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gabriel, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
This means alot to me because not only is it my favorite verse, but it is my mother and grandmother’s favorite verse as well. Everything i do goes back to God, and in times when I deal with stress or get anxious about something I always fall back on the strength of this verse. It was also my first tattoo because i knew for the first one it had to really mean something to me.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My journey in real estate started with wholesaling. I was a solo wholesaler, figuring everything out on my own — no paid software, no mentor, no course. Just my phone, laptop, YouTube, and my ability to connect with people. I relied heavily on my communication and networking skills to build relationships and close my first two deals, which gave me the confidence to keep pushing.
Now, I’m starting as an independent contractor for a creative housing company. It’s a new chapter that I’m excited about — one that allows me to expand my impact, learn more about the business, and continue growing in the real estate space. Getting here wasn’t easy. There were days of no leads, no calls back, and a lot of self-doubt. But I stayed consistent, kept learning, and trusted the process.
What sets me apart is my resourcefulness and my ability to build genuine relationships. I didn’t wait for the perfect setup — I made the most of what I had and got to work. I want people to know that you don’t need all the tools or the perfect blueprint to get started. You need hustle, faith, discipline, and the heart to keep going when things get hard. That’s what my brand stands on — showing people what’s possible when you move with purpose and bet on yourself.

My journey with music and events really kicked off during a visit to Tuskegee University. I’m a student at Georgia State, but I took a trip to Tuskegee to link up with a close friend from high school. We went to a party and started shooting YouTube content and music videos on campus for one of the artists I now manage. That experience sparked something in me — it showed me the power of collaboration, creativity, and just making it happen with what you have.
Fast forward to now, and I’m organizing my first music showcase and concert — not just with the artists I started with, but also featuring known talent. It’s a major step, and it means everything to see how far we’ve come from filming college videos to setting up a full production with real momentum behind it.
I work to make my dreams come true by combining my drive, my resources, and the guidance of the Lord. This whole process has been a reflection of faith, hustle, and staying true to the vision — even when it was just an idea. My goal is to create moments, build platforms, and keep elevating, one step at a time.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If a friend of mine was visiting Atlanta for a week, first thing we gotta get right and go to the JJ’s Fish & Chicken off Pryor Rd. We’re getting two chicken dinners with ranch, and two blue frozen lemonades, no question. Then we might hit the Georgia Aquarium because i like seeing all the nature thats in the water. Afterward, we could slide to Piedmont Park, ride scooters on the BeltLine, and go to Ponce. At this point it should be getting dark, so we’re definitely pulling up to Cold Stone for some ice cream or go to Rreal Tacos for dinner.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely. I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my tribe—my family and closest friends. I call them my tribe because each person has contributed to my journey in their own unique way. Whether it was emotional support during tough moments, showing up to events, giving me honest feedback, or just reminding me to keep going, their love and encouragement have played a huge role in my growth and success. I wouldn’t be where I am without the foundation they’ve helped me build. This journey has never been a solo mission—it’s always been a team effort behind the scenes, and I’m forever grateful for them.

I want to give a special shoutout to my parents. Their sacrifices, guidance, and unconditional love have been the backbone of my journey. I’ve watched them work hard, stay grounded, and pour everything into making sure I had the tools and mindset to succeed. Whether it was providing opportunities they never had, encouraging me when I doubted myself, or leading by example with their work ethic — they’ve been my foundation. I’m fully aware that so much of where I am today is because of them, and I carry their strength with me in everything I do.

Also a shoutout to my homies for being there with me through thick and thin, we say “FTF” which means “For The Family”
