We had the good fortune of connecting with Frantzky Thomas and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Frantzky, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
In regards to my business, I help individuals and families obtain the American dream of home ownership. Certain people might come to me with a current home and could be interested in debt consolidation to free up cash flow and I assist with that. In addition, I teach them financial literacy to help them avoid making certain mistakes that may have negatively impacted their finance in the past or help them never make those mistakes. I take time to understand every individuals specific needs and cater a plan that is most suitable for them.
What should our readers know about your business?
In short, I help families secure the financing to obtain a home or an investment. There are certain cases when someone might come to me with a home and I will help them reduce their payments or pull out cash to consolidate debt and increase cash flow. I like to think of my self as a one stop shop for my clients. I provide them information on credit restoration and ways to better manage their finances going forward. I’m very excited about helping more families this year and growing my team of loan officers. One of the biggest things I’ve learned away is just being available and communicative. Just continue having your clients best interest at heart is the key to success. Getting to where I am out was pretty straightforward and I think the challenge is yet to come but whatever it is, I’ll be ready. I would like the world I’m just a hardworking individual at what I do that’s going to get the job done!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Honestly speaking I don’t think I’m much of a socialite but some might disagree. I would say for a delicious bite you have to head to Roc South Cuisine. The atmosphere and energy is quite nice there. Health is wealth so I like to stay active. I’d recommend someone head to the beltline and grab a bike and hit the trail. If you’re into night life, Copper cove is a dope vibe with great music and food. The city of Atlanta just has so much and I’m still discovering new spots each day.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a shoutout to God first and foremost. Without the creator none of this would be possible so props have to go to him first. Next I would like to thank my family for instilling in me the values that have gotten me to where I am today. My next shoutout goes to my amazing girlfriend, Jett. She’s definitely changed the way I perceive certain things and brought new perspectives in my life that elevates my businesses. I would also like to thank my branch manager Paul Abraham. He’s the man that helped me get my mortgage career started and gave me the necessary tools to succeed. Last but not least I would like to give a shoutout to all my referral partners. I thank them for trusting me with their clients and allowing me to take care of them.
