We had the good fortune of connecting with Ericka Trenee’ and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ericka, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most significant factor behind success is multifaceted. While hard work, determination, and skill are crucial, faith in God provides guidance, values, and a sense of purpose. Family, often rooted in this faith, offers support and love, enriching the journey toward success.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As the creative director and co-owner of Photo Jam Atl and the CEO of Rich Girl Connect, my journey in the Content creation world has been both inspiring and challenging. What sets our work apart is our commitment to innovation and storytelling. We pride ourselves on creating immersive experiences that captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression.

Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced numerous challenges, from navigating a competitive industry to balancing creative vision with business objectives. However, through perseverance and a strong support system, including my mother’s guidance, I’ve overcome these obstacles. Each challenge has taught me valuable lessons about resilience, adaptability, and the importance of staying true to my artistic vision.

What I want the world to know about our brand and story is that we’re more than just a creative studio – we’re a community-driven platform for expression and collaboration. Our mission is to empower artists and storytellers to share their voices and perspectives with the world. Through Photo Jam Atl and Rich Girl Connect, we’re not just creating art; we’re building connections and inspiring change, With Faith over fear.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting Atlanta for a week, I’d make sure they experienced the best of our city’s vibrant food scene and cultural hotspots.

Day 1: We’d kick off our foodie adventure on the Beltline, exploring Atlanta’s culture while indulging in delicious vegan burgers at GABS Burgers. We’d admire the breathtaking murals lining the path, soaking in the creative energy of the city.

Day 2: We’d venture to Marietta Food Hall to sample a variety of cuisines from the diverse array of food vendors. From authentic tacos to gourmet sandwiches, we’d taste our way through this culinary gem.

Day 3: As the sun sets, we’d head to Esco Marietta for a night of cocktails, good food, and live music. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the local nightlife scene.

Day 4-7: We’d spend the remainder of the week exploring the upscale shops and boutiques at Lenox Mall in Buckhead, indulging in some retail therapy. To connect with the community, we’d also check out networking events on Eventbrite, seizing the opportunity to meet new people and expand our horizons.

Throughout the week, we’d also make time to soak up the city’s rich cultural offerings, from art galleries to live performances. With Atlanta’s dynamic blend of food, art, and entertainment, there’s never a dull moment – and I’d ensure my friend experienced the very best of it all.
