We had the good fortune of connecting with Eric Bayliss and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Eric, how do you think about risk?
With any great risk comes an ever greater reward. I truly think its impossible for me to fail at what I do. I care too much. I was fortunate to receive the knowledge and expertise needed to get started with Chiropractic. The level of vision I have for my personal life vision i have of serving our community is a recipe for success. We are 2.5 years into practice. By the 2 year marker our practice became larger than I ever thought it would be. In summary risk is great when you are holding the cards and truly believe you can win.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Have a vision and a story. Share your story and pursue you vision with clarity. Train others to aid in your vision and make sure they align with your story. If you do that. Not only will you succeed but it will be a blast.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Downtown Alpharetta for breakfast and farmers market, Avalon for lunch and shopping, then Crabapple for dinner and a downtown walk or Golf cart ride.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Our Team. My Wife Meg, Our office manager Alex, Dr. Mal, Dr. Cal are the kindest most talented people to work with. It really feels like a family in here.
