We had the good fortune of connecting with Dorian Starks and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dorian, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
In my opinion, it’s not really that hard because I have a wonderful staff that handles getting the gigs while I’m at either school or events with basketball. They make it easier for me to balance my business, school, and basketball.

What should our readers know about your business?
Some people may think this is just another 360 business but it’s really not. What sets us apart from others is the the way we interact with our clients and their guest we make sure that everybody enjoys our experience we also have customized overlays for every single event. If you think that you can just get one of these to make quick cash this business is not for you. It’s hard to manage all the equipment, find the time to book events, and the far drives to the events, just to name a few. I could name so much more but at the end of the day, it s a good investment and fun. It would like the world that anything is possible, if you’re welling to do the work.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well being that I’m still in high school, I would definitely take them to see the Hawks (if they’re playing). I would take them to eat at my Uncle’s Cheeze and Isaac restaurant, Highland Bistro. We would go to Main Event, Six Flags, and Andretti’s. If I had a basketball tournament that week, we would of course go to that as well.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have a few people that I would like to shout out these people are, my mom because she basically does the planning for the events and creates everything needed for the certain events. I would would also like to thank my unit these people include my aunt, cousins, grandparents, for helping with the events by setting up and packing up and so much more.Without these people I wouldn’t be were I am today so I would like to say thank you.
