We had the good fortune of connecting with CeCe Raven and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi CeCe, what makes you happy? Why?
Love makes me Happy. Why? Because it’s pure! I’m a woman with very pure intentions and the ability to Love others the way no one else has. My love is without limits or conditions. I feel that love is more than a Feeling, it’s a choice. I choose to Love and desire to be loved. When in the presence of Love, I tend to feel my heart smiling because I can see the love amongst me. I believe that Love conquers ALL and love is always the answer. I was born to Love and since I was a child I always chose Love.

Traveling makes me happy; why? Because I’m able to SEE and Experience life. I know you’re thinking that life’s experiences don’t have to involve traveling but for me, it does. I travel all over the world, meet new people, eat food that I’d NEVER eat and see how life is outside of my own country, state and city! My favorite place to visit which is considered one of my Happy places is Paris, France. The food, shopping, and the people. I can’t speak French (I’m currently learning on Duolingo, lol).

I believe traveling the world allows me to understand life outside of the lens I was raised to see from. In any country that I voter, I choose to respect their culture in order to show that I understand who they are. I’m always my happiest when I’m traveling.

Helping others makes me happy. Why? Because, my purpose in life is to help others see that they can and will overcome obstacles that are meant to hinder them in life. My life was never easy but I chose to see the bigger picture for myself because I wanted that bigger picture. Being a Real Estate Agent allows me to help others find their dream home and or their means to generational wealth by purchasing investment properties. I love seeing the look on a clients face when I can show them a home that they’ve dreamed of owning their entire life. They share with me how they want it to look, the location and even how they want it to feel which is all I need to begin the search. I search using the tools available to agents until I find “The One”. I’m always the happiest when I see their faces filled with huge smiles & left without words. In that very moment, I feel elated that I was able to help.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Being a Real Estate agent is becoming more and more popular around the world and it seems super easy to become an agent. I remember when I started this journey I was thinking about the idea of being able to help others. I took the state exam after a month long birthday celebration and failed it on my first try. I didn’t cry as I would’ve when I was younger instead, I laughed because I knew I hadn’t opened the book since I took the course. I knew what needed to be done so I began to study the material until it was time for me to retake the exam and I passed it.

The next step was to find a brokerage which I did and got to work. I started with promoting myself as a Real Estate Agent and began to figure out what works for me. It took me a minute to figure it out because I was never the woman to follow everyone else’s blueprint because I knew I had to do it on my own in order to achieve the level of success I desired. While trying to figure out my way of doing things I learned that it’s okay to ask for help and I’m working on that, lol.

I want the world to know that my brand is built on Prayer, Trust, Love and Loyalty which is who I am as a woman. Those four words describe me and how I live my daily life. I work hard to help my clients achieve their Real Estate Goals. I always show them that they can trust me with this process, I will be loyal to them during and after the home buying experience as well as showing them how much I Love my career by being the Best Real Estate professional there is in Georgia and across the world, eventually.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I think the city of full of places & things to do Around the city. I find it fun to get dressed up and going dinner followed by karaoke. I have so many restaurants in Atlanta that I have visited which is why I have a hard time choosing one. I know it sounds pretty generic but if I’m Being honest, I don’t get out much in the city because I’m never around. I’m usually in another country.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shoutout would we dedicated to Jesus because without him, I wouldn’t be the woman that I am today and my mom because she believed in ANY and EVERYTHING I decided to do with my life; I really miss her. I would also like to shoutout my support system; the close family & friends that cheer for me daily and are always ready to lend a listening ear when I need one or 10.
