Hi Brittani, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My name is Brittani Williams also known as Rodsdaughter. I am a versatile artist who seamlessly blends the worlds of acting and photography. With over 10 years of experience in both fields, I bring a unique perspective to every project, understanding the details of storytelling from both sides of the camera.

As an actress, I have been on many platforms for diverse roles in theater, film, and television. I am well and mostly known as a character in the Kountry Wayne skits and in several Tubi movies, captivating audiences with my emotional depth and authenticity. I have a commitment to character development and the ability to connect with fellow actors to collaborate in the industry.

In parallel, I am also known as Snapsbybritt, a cultivated successful professional photographer, specializing in weddings/events, portraits, fashion, and headshots. With a keen eye for detail and composition, I capture moments that evoke emotion and tell compelling stories. My work has put many smiles on individuals and family faces.

My dual expertise enriches both acting and photography. This cross-disciplinary experience allows me to create powerful visual narratives, whether in front of the camera or behind it. I am very passionate about fostering creativity and collaboration, often mentoring emerging talent in both fields.

When I am not on set or in the studio, I enjoy time with my family and my friends. My goal Is to always inspire others with a dedication to storytelling and a commitment to excellence, I continue to push boundaries and redefine the art of performance and photography.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Each morning would be coffee at Starbucks and a light breakfast cooked by me as I love to cook breakfast to start the morning. In the Afternoons we will go out sightseeing to museums or clothing stores or even maybe a hike on the mountains. By the evenings we will be getting ready to go to a trendy restaurant as there are too many to choose from so it depends on what we want to eat that evening, At night we will find a rooftop bar in Atlanta to enjoy live music and great drinks.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I give my shoutout to my deceased father. He has been gone for years now but he was and still is the reason I go so hard. He would always say “When I say I am going to do something, I never stop until I do it.” Those words have kept me motivated because once I make up my mind to do and accomplish something, it’s his exact words that keep me accountable.
