We had the good fortune of connecting with Briar Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Briar, what inspires you?
I am inspired by my higher self. I believe that it is up to me to create the life that I am in search of living.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
After The Interlude is a digital diary that I created in 2018 as a way of escaping mundane moments throughout the day. Whenever my thoughts drifted off to luxury items, vacations and other things I desired, I posted it to ATI. To date, I am super fortunate to work alongside my best friend, Alexander Woods who also happens to be one of my favorite creatives. We are grateful for our growing community of Interluders and look to continue creating for years to come.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Atlanta is packed with so many hidden gems. On a nice day, I highly recommend anywhere on The BeltLine for food, drinks and scenery.Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have tons of people to shoutout. However, for the sake of time—I would like to thank God and my tribe (my parents, family, and friends). I am so grateful to have such patient, knowledgeable, loving and encouraging people around me. I am not sure where I’d be without them.
