Ashley, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
Thank you for having me back! I’m Ashley A. Porter, affectionately known as Ashley Speaks, The Purpose Visionary. I’m a coach, consultant, and entrepreneur passionate about helping people and businesses thrive by unlocking confidence, faith, and purpose. My journey is rooted in transformation—I’ve navigated challenges like balancing motherhood, marriage, and business, and I’ve learned how to rebuild and rise boldly.

I wear many hats: I lead Girl Code Collective, a platform that equips girls and young women to build confidence, leadership, and community; and I’m the creator of Reconciled, a transformative coaching program helping women heal, reconnect with God, and rediscover their purpose.

What sets me apart is my heart for transformation and my belief that it starts from within. Whether I’m coaching a busy mom, consulting corporations on leadership development and wellness, or creating books to inspire others, my work is deeply personal, purpose-driven, and grounded in faith.

Highlights of my journey include expanding my entrepreneurial efforts to event rentals and travel, launching impactful programs, and creating a legacy of leadership and confidence for my three children. Everything I do is about helping others thrive—personally, professionally, and spiritually. That’s what drives me every day.

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Since our last conversation, so much has happened, and my journey has truly evolved in ways I’m incredibly grateful for! One of the most exciting updates is the launch and growth of my Reconciled program. This transformative 4-week coaching program is designed for women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or lost in the demands of life. It provides a space for them to heal, reconnect with God, and rediscover their purpose. Reconciled has been a labor of love, and seeing the breakthroughs women experience has been nothing short of inspiring. From learning how to embrace intentional self-care and unapologetically prioritize their needs to restoring their faith and confidence, this program has been a powerful tool for transformation. It’s truly been a highlight of my work, and I’m so excited about the impact it’s continuing to make.

Another major update is the expansion of my entrepreneurial journey with the launch of my travel business, Ashley Speaks Travel. As someone who believes in creating meaningful experiences, this venture is all about providing luxury travel opportunities that align with any budget. Whether it’s helping families create lasting memories or curating elevated yet affordable travel experiences, Ashley Speaks Travel allows me to combine my love for connection and adventure. I’m thrilled to see where this business takes me, and I can’t wait to help others plan their dream vacations.

Of course, the journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Finding a rhythm between motherhood, marriage, business, and personal growth is no small task, but my journey has taught me resilience and the power of leaning into my purpose. These past months have been filled with lessons, exciting milestones, and even moments of rest and recalibration, all of which continue to shape how I serve and show up for others.

Looking ahead, I’m most excited about growing both Reconciled and Ashley Speaks Travel even further, connecting with more people, and continuing to expand my vision for helping others thrive in every area of their lives. This season of growth has been an incredible blessing, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

What do you want people to remember about you and your brand? What are some of things that you feel are most important, unique, special, etc?
I want people to remember that my work and my brand are centered on transformation, purpose, and faith. At the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to helping women heal, rediscover themselves, and thrive in every area of their lives. My program, Reconciled, embodies this mission.

Reconciled isn’t just another coaching program—it’s a safe space for women, especially moms, to reconnect with God, restore their hearts and minds, and embrace their purpose unapologetically. It’s a program that acknowledges the sacrifices women make for their families and careers while encouraging them to pour into themselves with intention. I want people to see Reconciled as a lifeline for healing and renewal, where women can create routines that prioritize self-care, set boundaries with confidence, and build a foundation of faith to carry them through life’s challenges.

What makes Reconciled special is that it’s not about quick fixes; it’s about lasting transformation. It’s designed to remind women that they are seen, heard, and deeply valued—not just as mothers or wives but as individuals with dreams and purpose. It’s a space where they can shed guilt, find clarity, and take ownership of their lives in a way that honors who God created them to be.

Beyond the program itself, I want people to remember my brand as one that prioritizes authenticity and heart. Whether through Reconciled, my other ventures like Ashley Speaks Travel, or my ministry, my goal is to create meaningful experiences that inspire people to live boldly and intentionally. At the end of the day, I want to be known as someone who empowers others to rise, rebuild, and thrive in purpose, no matter where they are in their journey.
