We had the good fortune of connecting with Anyla Fulton and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Anyla, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
There are a plethora of reasons as to why I succeed, but a few main reasons would be remembering my end goal, remembering to take breaks and most of all having fun. These three things are ideal for my success because my end goal keeps me motivated at times when I want to give up, taking breaks and spending time with friends and family helps me take care of my mental so I am able to serve my clients to the best of my ability and lastly, I have fun with what I do so it feels less like a job. Of course there are a lot of other aspects that could play into my success, but these three are the driving factors.
What should our readers know about your business?
My business journey started in 2017 and I honestly was unsure what niche I wanted to take part in. I went through a long trial and error stage until 2019. I tried many things such as: hair, web-design, drop-shipping, etc. By the end of 2019, I discovered a lady by the name of BettyRocker, an online fitness coach, she is an extremely inspiring individual and she is the reason I got into the fitness community. This was the start of the Anyla Fulton Fitness program which is now known as The Fulton Fit Academy. During the pandemic this was an online fitness program, but we will be starting in-person training at the end of May 2021. Along the way I have learned that anything is possible, but you must work hard to get to where you want to be.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had a friend visiting Atlanta, we would ride to North Georgia and go to sunburst adventures to go zip lining and ride Atv’s. We would also go tube down the river in Helen, Georgia. We could then stay overnight in Helen. When we get back to Atlanta, we would visit places like the aquarium, the zoo, and the highs museum of arts. We could eat at restaurants like Olive Garden and Benihana. The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate this to all of my loving and supportive friends, family, fellow fitness community, and God.
