We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Rozier and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashley, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I view risks as a natural part of life. As humans, we encounter risks just stepping outside of the comfort of our homes. Risks excite me. I love to gamble in every aspect of life and my career. I know every risk bears a return, whether it be a profit or loss. And for every loss, I gain a lesson or second chance to create a win. The real estate industry is all risktaking. As a realtor, taking risks is secondhand nature to closing contracts. Every contract I enter with my clients is a bid of negotiating skills, finesse, and resilience. My end goal is to always obtain a win for my clients on their terms.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Georgia based realtor whom specializes in first time home buyers, home sellers, and investor properties. I educate my clients on the home buying and selling process from start to finish. I provide informational resources on market outlook, loan programs, negotiation practices and tactics, and home maintenance.
I have been a full-time realtor for nearly two years. It has not been an easy path to forge for myself. Pure faith, dedication, discipline, and consistent work have propelled my real estate career. I create and adhere to my own business structure. I work seven days a week–whether it be at home, a cafe, or on the road. That is what sets a boss apart from an employee.
I have learned many lessons throughout my career. My most valued lesson has been learning the art of resiliency. I must always bounce back and keep moving forward. I want the world to know my end-goal. I desire to make homeownership a reality for everyone from every walk of life. I aim to help families establish legacies that pass from one generation to the next. Homeownership is the foundation of generational wealth. Your vision is my mission.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d one of my bestfriends came to town to visit, I would take them to some of favorite spots! I love to eat and I have fallen in love with Thai cuisine. A trip to 26 Thai & Bar would definitely be on the list. They have the most flavorful Thai food ever. We would also visit my favorite juice bar, Juiced Up! They offer an array of fresh press juices that keep you energized and fueled! Nature brings peace and serenity, so we would visit nature trails and enjoy Mother nature.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate a shoutout to my family. They have continuously supported me throughout my endeavor as a realtor. Each member of my family has personally contributed to the success of my business.
