Meet Rachael Mann: Singer/songwriter/actress

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachael Mann and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rachael, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
I have a favorite quote I always refer to when making decisions in life-especially the harder ones that deal with music/acting and ministry opportunities. I love what Proverbs 16:3 says. It says “Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and He will establish your plans.” I have seen time and time again whenever I submit anything over to the Lord, there are blessings on what I do. This verse has truly been a verse I look to! And I have seen God do amazing things!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a singer/songwriter from the South, but I have a mix of soul, Gospel and R&B to my voice and music. People can find more by going to Rachaelmann.org.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Atlanta has so many amazing places! I’ve been able to travel to a lot of different areas because of acting and singing gigs.

I love the downtown tourist areas such as the Coca-Cola Museum and also places like Dahlonega which is north of Atlanta. There is so much to do and explore!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have been blessed to open for and sing with Kirk Franklin, Carrie Underwood and Michael W.Smith, along with writing and co-writing several songs that are on all digital music platforms.
