We had the good fortune of connecting with Naimah Elmore and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Naimah, how do you think about risk?
I mostly risked investing in others some of the risk were successful but others weren’t. I thought it would push their music career further, but taking that sort of risk set me back multiple times financially and mentality. I honestly thought it would help and grow each others brand. That process taught me to invest in myself more and that’s what I started to do. I learned that the biggest risk in life is betting on yourself.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a talent manager(Team Elmore Management) and coffee owner(Alicia’s Coffee). What sets me aside from everyone else is my love and grind for whatever goals we have set. My integrity and character speaks for itself. I am most proud of starting Alicia’s Coffee during the pandemic, when the music business slowed down we had to find others was to get revenue. My business partner and I love coffee so it was only right we invest in what we love. It was the best invest I’ve ever made. We bought some Brazilian beans and grew from there, now we have 3 different blends and also carry decaffeinated coffee. You must research any business you would like to start, we did so much research in a few years we plan to own a coffee farm. We have the best coffee in the world. www.aliciascoffee.com

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would visit must of the local food and bars in the area! I don’t really hang out unless we are on the road. When I’m in Birmingham its always work for me. My peaceful place is Orange Beach

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My biggest support system through all of the ups and downs are God first, my parents Hamidah and Horace Elmore, my siblings, my bestfriend Carla Wilson, my bestfriend and business partner Roc Reel and my friend for life Dreek daGeek has always been in my corner throughout any crazy ideas.
