Meet Diamond Sands: Brand Architect & Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Diamond Sands and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Diamond, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My business helps the world by being the bridge between consumers and the brands that want to impact and connect with. For me, my work is driven by impact. I’m a creative; brand architect and strategist by trade. I partner with emerging, disruptive businesses that are preparing to go the next level by creating dynamic, impactful branding, campaigns and content Gotta get that message out there.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business, Diamond Sands Creative Studio is creative agency that specializes in bold, disruptive and impactful branding, campaigns and content. What separates us apart from others is something I honestly don’t “pay attention to” though I know from a branding perspective it’s important to have that competitive advantage and value proposition. This is a black owned, woman owned creative agency, created by me that focuses on serving brands that are timeless and impact driven. Our values and beliefs, which are synonymous with my own, create that advantage. When a brand is personal, that unique perspective that you have in your industry is your sauce.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Okay so I don’t really go anywhere lol I am a home body; however if I had to give you some places to go in the A, I’d say the Beltline for sure, it’s like a city within itself with amazing restaurants, views and nature trails. The Wing Bar is the best wing spot in East Atlanta, they have chicken wings and vegan wings (I’m vegan so this gives me life). Carroll Street Cafe is the dopest mom and pop restaurant for good eclectic American food and vibes. Home grown is another goodie, they make amazing breakfast all day. It’s a very southern restaurant. Ponce city market is a great place to go it’s really dope for tourist theres many restaurants and shops in there. Piedmont park or Grant park are beautiful parks to relax and have a picnic. Starlight is nostalgia on 3000 being a drive-in movie theatre, you have to at least watch one movie there.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I dedicate this shoutout to my boyfriend, my family and my tribe. You know who you are and I love and appreciate you for the support, assistance and encouragement.
