Hi Ceata, how do you think about risk?
Succumbing to FEAR is a bigger risk than RISK itself. Risks have to be taken; otherwise, you will never move. Staying in the same place will never allow for growth, and you will become stagnant. Do your research; know your numbers. Gather the data to make an educated decision. Calculate the risk. If it makes sense, go for it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
To be completely honest, my friends and I are true homebodies. We are happy to order some good food, sit around my dining room table or on my big comfy couch, with a glass of wine or cup of coffee, and just talk and enjoy being in each other’s company. It’s not about what you’re doing; it’s about who you are with.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It might seem odd to give a shoutout to a class, but attending the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell was a life-changing experience for me. The program revealed so much about my past and future expectations for my business. Helped clear the dust of uncertainty. Garrett Lash, my husband, also deserves much credit for holding down the family and supporting me on this entrepreneurial journey.
