Hi Lexi, how does your business help the community?
At 333 Cosmetics, the goal is to enhance each person’s natural beauty while helping them feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Permanent makeup provides that extra glow and effortless confidence, fine line tattoos offer a meaningful way to express individuality through minimalist art, and brow shaping helps lift, define, and refine natural features.

Every service is designed with intention to highlight what makes each person unique rather than change who they are. The vision behind 333 Cosmetics is to empower clients to feel like the most confident, authentic, and elevated version of themselves.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart is the level of care, intention, and attention to detail I bring to everything I do. I’ve always been someone who strives for excellence. Maybe it’s the perfectionist in me, but I’ve always held myself to high standards. When I set a goal, I work toward it relentlessly until it becomes a reality. That same mindset carries into my business and the experience I create for my clients.

Because I hold myself to those standards, I hold my business to them as well. Whether it’s spending extra time during a consultation, creating thoughtful aftercare kits, or perfecting every detail of a brow mapping or lip blush service, I want every client to feel cared for and receive the highest quality experience possible. To me, it’s not just about the final result, it’s about making people feel seen, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire process.
My professional journey definitely wasn’t easy. Like many business owners, I’ve faced self-doubt, setbacks, and moments where I questioned whether all the hard work would pay off. But I’ve learned that challenges often become the very things that prepare you for what’s ahead. The hardships I’ve experienced built resilience, strengthened my character, and taught me how to keep moving forward even when things felt uncertain.

One of the biggest inspirations behind 333 Cosmetics is my great grandmother’s legacy. She was a strong, determined, and fearless woman, and those qualities continue to inspire me every day. When times get hard, I remind myself of where I came from, why I started, and the meaning behind this business. She taught me the value of perseverance, and that lesson has carried me through some of my most challenging moments.
The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that success isn’t built overnight. It’s built through consistency, faith, and showing up even when no one is watching. I believe every person has unique gifts and a purpose that only they can bring into the world. For me, 333 Cosmetics is about using my gifts to help others feel confident, beautiful, and empowered in their own skin.

What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that 333 Cosmetics was built on purpose, passion, and a genuine desire to serve others. It’s about more than beauty services, it’s about helping people feel like the best version of themselves while staying true to who they are. Through every challenge and every success, I’ve learned to trust the process, trust God’s timing, and remember that when your work is rooted in purpose, everything else will fall into place.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Even though I’m deep in the beauty and esthetics world, I’m a Colorado girl at heart. Give me mountains, lake days, side-by-side rides, and a campfire over a crowded city any day. My ideal week would be the perfect mix of adventure, good vibes, and a little bit of luxury. We’d start with the fun stuff lake days, chasing mountain views, exploring new hiking trails, and riding through the backcountry. I’m the kind of person who’s always down for an adventure, especially if it means finding a hidden spot with an unreal view. There’s just something about being in the mountains that resets everything.

After we’ve gotten our fill of the outdoors, it’s time to switch gears. We’d hit the hot springs, relax, get a little dressed up, and head downtown for good food and cocktails. I love a cute, chic cocktail bar with great energy somewhere you can sip a spicy margarita, have good conversations, and romanticize your life a little.

What I love most about Colorado is that you don’t have to choose between being outdoorsy and loving the finer things. You can spend the day covered in dirt from an adventure and be dressed up for drinks by the river that night. That’s my kind of balance. If someone were visiting with me I’d want them to experience both sides the wild, adventurous Colorado and the elevated, stylish side that makes it feel so special.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
As unconventional as it may sound, I’d dedicate my shoutout to the younger version of myself. Not because I believe the story is solely about me, but because building this business has taught me the value of believing in yourself, embracing growth, and continuing to move forward even when the path ahead isn’t clear. She was someone who had big dreams, but didn’t always have the confidence to pursue them. Through uncertainty, self-doubt, and setbacks, she kept going. She took risks, believed in something bigger than herself, and held onto a vision long before there was proof it would work.

Looking back, I can see that many of the hardships, setbacks, and challenges I faced helped shape the person I became. The moments that hurt the most often taught me the greatest lessons, building the resilience, strength, and perspective I needed to own and run a business. Those experiences prepared me to navigate the daily challenges of entrepreneurship, balance the many responsibilities that come with it, and stay grounded in who I am. They taught me not only how to build a business, but also how to lead with authenticity, compassion, and purpose.

Every lesson, mistake, challenge, and small victory along the way helped shape not only me, but also the values behind 333 Cosmetics: confidence, self-expression, and empowerment. The journey of learning to embrace my own uniqueness is what inspired me to create a space where others can do the same. Helping people feel comfortable in their own skin, enhance their natural features, and express themselves authentically is at the heart of everything I do. I truly believe that everyone has unique talents, strengths, and something meaningful to offer the world. We all have a purpose, and part of life’s journey is having the courage to discover it, embrace it, and share it with others.

My hope is that through my work, I can encourage people to recognize their own value, step into their confidence, and trust in what makes them uniquely themselves. For that reason, I’d like to give credit to the younger version of myself who never gave up on that vision.
