Meet Ashley “Parker” | Health & Wellness Enthusiasts I Podcast Host & Creator I Pilates Instructor I Former NFL Cheerleader

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley “Parker” and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashley, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
One of the most impactful habits that has helped me succeed is staying consistent, diligent, and creative in everything I do. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about talent—it’s about showing up, doing the work, and being willing to adapt and grow. I’ve also developed the habit of asking for help, collaborating with others, and staying open to learning—whether that’s in professional spaces, creative endeavors, or my current journey pursuing Pilates.
Another habit that’s been essential is expanding my community intentionally. I don’t wait for a seat at the table—I create one, and when needed, I build my own. I surround myself with people who inspire me, who are doing things I aspire to do, and who challenge me to step outside my comfort zone. Living a loud, bold, and purpose-driven life is something I choose daily, and I believe that curating a circle that pushes you to grow is a habit more people should practice. Those seemingly external habits—community, collaboration, and boldness—have shaped my internal discipline and drive in every space I enter.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m incredibly proud of my growth in the health and wellness space, especially as a Pilates Instructor. Looking back, I didn’t realize it then—but every decision I made and every passion I pursued brought me to this moment. Today, I show up confident, grounded, and deeply knowledgeable in health, wellness, fitness, and Pilates. I truly love what I do, and I’m beyond grateful that I get to live out my purpose.
The biggest challenge I had to overcome was fear—fear of the unknown and the comfort of staying where it felt safe. But moving through that discomfort is what allowed me to fully step into this path.
I want the world to know that I take this industry seriously—it’s not just what I do, it’s who I am. I’m committed to being a lifelong student, continuously learning so I can pour back into my community. Whether it’s through my weekly Mat Pilates classes in Buckhead or my newly launched podcast, “So, About That,” I’m building a brand rooted in intention, knowledge, and impact. There will always be more to create, more to give, and more to grow.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
“Success knows no straight line”… as Aris would say!
Shoutout to Microsoft for the layoff—because that moment marked the true beginning of my “All-In” journey. I was let go from what I once considered my dream job and was forced to pivot quickly. Without hesitation, I turned to the one industry that has always sustained and fulfilled me: health and wellness.
Throughout my corporate career, I’ve always kept one foot in this space—as a personal trainer, NFL cheerleader, group fitness instructor, wellness contributor, and dance fitness business owner. But it wasn’t until that layoff that I gave myself full permission to pursue it wholeheartedly. That experience didn’t break me—it pushed me into alignment with my purpose.
