We had the good fortune of connecting with Ivy Cleveland and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ivy, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My biggest thought process behind starting my own business was to honor my grandmas legacy by helping women learn how to better take care of their skin inside & out. My grandma raised me and she had beautiful skin. She gave me pearls of wisdom to care for my own skin inside & out. 

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Anu Glo Med Spa is a modern luxury spa. What sets us apart is that we live to help clients refresh, renew, & revitalize the lie natural beauty inside and out with ANU GLO. I’m most proud of educating people about modern skin care treatments & products. My husband is a great business man and provides me great support within my personal life for me to pursue my dreams! However, business wise it has been a challenge to find peer support within the aesthetic industry. I overcame this challenge by seeking and building my own support system that consists of women who have similar goals and interest. I want people to know that the name of my spa “ANU” means grace in different languages. Anu GLO med spa provides grace to people who are struggling on their skin, health and weight loss journeys.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When my friends come to town I like to show them a good time. We love to relax and chill at places like my Med spa. We love to try all kinds of different food like Mary macs.
