Meet Nkechi May-Nzeribe | Brand Management Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nkechi May-Nzeribe and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nkechi, what do you want people to remember about you?
I want my legacy to be AUTHENTICITY.
In a world where people are forced to wear masks in order to be accepted or tolerated…..
I want people to be inspired to be comfortable in their own skin by how comfortable i am in mine.
…. i want people to remember how secure they felt around me. I want them to feel encouraged to do the same for others.
That’s the legacy I hope to leave behind.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m a brand consultant.
I help companies put their best foot forward by Crafting compelling brand stories and campaigns that resonates with consumers and boosts sales / ROI.
I especially love working on creative visuals. Translating words and strategies into something visually meaningful.
As they say, “a picture speaks a thousand words”.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
That’s a tough one. I do like trips to the mall but more than that, I love Chinese and thai buffet places.
My top 3 places are:
– Peking Chinese restaurant in Alpharetta.
– Chin Chin Chinese restaurant on Windward (I think)
– Hai Authentic Chinese, also on Windward

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My entire support system.
Friends, family, colleagues, even lovers (past and present) ….. everyone.
Sometimes in life, even when things don’t work out, they still worked out.
You learn alittle more about yourself everytime people treat you well (or badly), you learn your boundaries (and limits) and you learn what your deal breakers are (to tolerate or not tolerate).
You even learn from past relationships who you really are when no one is looking and when you are your most vulnerable and comfortable. (You also learn alot about people too and their humanity).
So, I guess I’m grateful for all the experiences and lessons along the way. The good, the bad, the ugly and everything else in between.
I won’t be who I am today without going through it all.
