Meet MsNickee Mack: Author, Mentor, Agency Owner, Reiki Master, Makeup Artist, Eyewear Company Owner, Motivational Speaker/Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with MsNickee Mack and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi MsNickee, how do you define success?
Being able to get up every morning, every day no matter the time when or where and you are doing what you love for a living!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a modeling agency owner, who happens to have a photography studio and salon connected so that creatives can come in and work with us on their craft and goals. I created an agency that is also a platform for industry professionals to build together. I specialize in ALL SIZE, no discriminations based on size or color. I am a professional makeup artist that loves being extremely creative and sometime soft and ethereal with my work. I am an author and soon I will begin my 2nd book and this one will be of poetry. I am a Plus model that loves the runway still after all of these years, but I encourage women now to pursue their goals no matter their age or size, I speak to the queens in them so they can see a way to work on their DIVINE FEMININITY, which could flow in to a career if they do it properly. I love speaking to a room full of women who are READY TO GO, and all they need is a little push or encouragement or even a bit of support to motivate them to TAKE OFF. I am in loveeeeeeee with helping and supporting because I know what it feels like to not have either. I stand out because I an transparent and genuine because thats the cloth I am cut from.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Wake up cook breakfast, theres no food like my food. Shopping at small boutiques, visiting art shops and vintage stores visit some of our beautiful Nature preserves walk the trails do an impromptu outdoor photo shoot We have some of the coolest Cigar Bars got to hit one of those Farmers Market for fresh produce and fish oh and WINE to create a FEAST THEN HIT JEJU the spa is the right place to wine down and get massages I like visiting small downtown areas of various suburbs there are some interesting shops to see and great small restaurants that have amazing chefs Im am very much a creative at heart so I would find some poetry nights, and live music venues to relax at no big clubs or bars, definitely a live hands on cooking demo. Then hang out on the roof top looking at the city

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My Diva Day Dolls who have supported me through building my agency, those with me now and those who have moved on. My daughter who looks at me as a pioneer and a maverick, her respect means everything to me even beyond words. My GOD who has pulled me through the storms and shook off the blinders so that I can see clearly, knocked me in the head so I could think clearly and still gave me the ability to shine through the dark even when I was bruised and bent, he made sure I was NEVER BROKEN.
