We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiara and Raymond Boynes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiara,  how do you think about risk, what role has risk taking played in your life or career?
Risks are a necessary part of success. Taking risks has provided me with valuable learning experiences. When faced with setbacks or failures, the realization is that taking risks is not about always achieving immediate success but rather about embracing the lessons and insights that come from those experiences. Each risk taken has provided me with valuable feedback, helping refine my strategies and approaches for the future.

Furthermore, taking risks has fostered resilience and adaptability. It has taught me to face uncertainty with courage and determination, pushing me to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions. By being open to risks, I have developed a mindset that embraces change and sees obstacles as opportunities for growth in my personal and professional life.

Please tell us more about your business. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about.
We are the owners of Fresh Air Cleaning Services, a residential and commercial cleaning company. Our goal is to exceed our client’s expectations and create a pristine and healthy space for them to enjoy.

We provide quality, personalized service, flexibility, sustainability, and competitive pricing. We are dedicated to surpassing expectations and creating long-lasting client relationships built on trust, reliability, and exceptional cleaning results.

We are most proud of the relationships we have built with our clients. Some have become good friends and even close family. We are excited to leave a legacy for our children and to provide an entrepreneurship foundation for them.

How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way.

We got where we are today through passion, education, planning, teamwork, adaptability, resilience, relationship-building, innovation, and a commitment to personal and professional growth. It is an ongoing process, and it has not always been easy. It has been a journey filled with both triumphs and challenges, but it has been rewarding. To overcome our challenges, required a combination of determination, adaptability, learning from mentors and experts, building a strong team, and consistently focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. Each challenge taught us valuable lessons on resilience, resourcefulness, and the importance of embracing setbacks as opportunities for growth.

Two of the most important lessons we learned along the way were consistency and quality. Consistency helped to build trust, meet customer expectations, and differentiated us from competitors. Quality directly impacted our customer satisfaction, trust, loyalty, reputation, and employee morale.

What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?

Our story began with a vision, our journey was shaped by belief. Our brand is built on a foundation of passion, dedication, and a commitment to exceptional cleaning services. We want the world to know that we are not just another cleaning company, but a team of professionals who genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of our clients. We understand the positive impact clean environments can have on physical health, mental well-being, and overall productivity.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

There is so much to do it cannot be accomplished all in one week. However, when our family and friends visit here are a few spots we like to eat at Nana Chicken and Waffles, Milk and Honey, Fusion Restaurant and Bar, Mellow Mushroom, Southern Fusion, Shake Shack, Mikie’s Big Burger, Carolyn Quinn’s Southern Comfort Food, Pappadeaux, Tropikal Bird and Loaded Mac.

Places and things we do are Beat the Bomb, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Ponce City, Skyline, Illuminarium, Your Third Spot, and The Battery Atlanta. There are also many festivals that you can attend depending on the time they visit so we would definitely have to go to a couple of them.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We have to give heartfelt recognition and appreciation and shoutout our families their love and support have been a constant source of strength, motivating us to strive for excellence in all aspects of our life. More importantly our mothers Cindy and Pearline. From the very beginning, they have been there for us, nurturing and caring for us with boundless affection. They have shown us what it means to be resilient, compassionate, and strong. Their unwavering belief in us has given us the confidence to pursue our goals and face challenges head-on. Their faith in our abilities has fueled our ambitions and helped us surpass our own expectations. We owe so much of our success and happiness to the values and teachings they have imparted to us.
