We had the good fortune of connecting with Myriah Tremble and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Myriah, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
A side hustle, literally. I did not know my small business would ever be on the way to a bigger business. My job at the time was slow for months, and I had just gotten a new car, and I needed the extra money to pay my car note. There was no intention on pursuing a career out of my business.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a licensed esthetician specializing in lash extensions, skin care treatments, and waxing services. I am MOST proud of ME. In general. I am creative in ways I have never imagined. My talent was stated in order above. From absolute favorite to just favorite. I love performing each service I provide, however—lash extensions are number 1! My sets have their own unique style, typically wispy cat eye, and it sets me apart from other techs in its own way. I stayed down, and stayed consistent from day 1, and that is why I am on the level I am on today, although I’ve got plenty more leveling to do. Business owners don’t have anything “easy.” This definitely took dedication. Long hours perfecting my talent on the gracious individuals who allowed me to. Promoting daily, multiple times a day. Taking risks, and wasting money in order to provide top quality products/services. A lot. I am forever thankful, though. My goal for the future is to be one of the top product suppliers in my region, along with versatile expertise in my field, as an esthetician. With EVERYTHING, not just lash extensions. My business grows every year, and I know the best is yet to come. Look out for MBE (magenta beauty esthetics) world wide.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Almost anywhere in Atlanta is a vibe. A good time in the city include: good food, good drinks, and hookah. A few of my favorite spots are Fin and Feathers, Toast on Lenox, Pappadeaux, Southern Fire Kitchen, and Batsi. I love to shop also, so we’d definitely have to hit up all the malls, followed by a stroll in wealthy neighborhoods manifesting future goals. Lastly, end the night(s) at CRU or any other lit lounge.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My parents, my sister, and my boyfriend. They each supported me tremendously through out my continuous journey.
