We had the good fortune of connecting with Brilann Coleman and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brilann, what’s the end goal, career-wise?
Born and raised in Memphis, TN, iamBree-Ze is a multi-talented rising star in the music industry. With a passion for writing and performing her own music, she has been making a name for herself since the age of 11. In addition to her music career, Bree-Ze is also a skilled actress, dancer, radio personality, and station program director.
Bree-Ze’s impressive talent has caught the attention of many, and she has been interviewed and auditioned for popular shows such as The Rap Game Season two, America’s Got Talent, and The Voice. With her unique style and ability to devour any beat she’s faced with, Bree-Ze has released numerous singles since 2016, including her first big hit, “Dip,” and her upcoming single “Same Energy” featuring T-Rell.
Aside from her musical achievements, Bree-Ze’s academic career is just as noteworthy. She graduated high school a year early as a homeschool student in 2018, earning her certification in Mental Illness & Health Psychology as well as Music Business. Bree-Ze went on to receive her associates in Sociology in 2021, with deans list and honor society induction, and is now pursuing her bachelor’s and doctorate degrees.
In addition to her career in music and academics, Bree-Ze is also a successful business owner and philanthropist. She founded the BSOY Foundation in May 2015, with the initial mission to reduce end-of-school-year bullying and violence for children on their way home. The foundation has since expanded its mission to offer resources, services, and mentoring to nurture those with entrepreneurial and political spirits. Through her T.Y.E Program, Bree-Ze offers comprehensive training, financing, and coaching to help launch business concepts and ideas for children in her community.
Bree-Ze’s dedication to her community and passion for giving back has not gone unnoticed. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her work, including the community hero award from Rotary Inc. & Belhaven University and an intern award from St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
At just 22 years old, Bree-Ze shows no signs of slowing down. In addition to her current endeavors, she is set to launch her own podcast called “Sum of Everywhere” in the summer of 2023. Bree-Ze is a true force to be reckoned with and is undoubtedly on her way to becoming a household name in the entertainment industry.


Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Defintly my parents I am blessed to come from a 2 parent house old of 30yrs of marragie. My parents really instiled confidence in me and supported anything i wanted to pursue.
