We had the good fortune of connecting with Julia Craig and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a Business Consultant and Business Strategist, who also specializes in Grant writing and financial services including: Tax planning, Tax laws, preparation and Credit education. I am one who prides myself in learning better ways to serve others. I will forever be the change I want to see in others and my community.  My customer service is second to none. My goal is to always exceed the expectations of my clients and to make myself readily available to them when there are questions or concerns. Many professionals are quickly frustrated by inquires, not me. My mission is to educate and provide clarity to those who desire a better understanding. Painting a clear picture of what I am providing in a service requested has worked wonders for expanding my clientele.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would absolutely do brunch at the Bohemian hotel in Birmingham and take some cute pictures.

Have have a spa day at Ross Bridge Hotel.

We would definitely take a trip to the Civil Rights Museum, and the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church. The Civil Rights Era is such an important part of the history of the city. To conclude our tour we would
take a walk through Kelly Ingram Park another monumental area that forever reminds us of the challenges of equality.

The Cayo Coco Rum bar is such a cute bar/restaurant they have unique dessert options.

Dinner and drinks at The Six Sixteen restaurant are a Must!

We would hang out a the plum bar they have live music and it’s a whole vibe!

There are so many great restaurants in the area. Granny Fish and Grits is a food truck must have!!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely, I thought you’d never ask. My family has always been that extra push I’ve needed to strive for my goals. Their desire to see me succeed has made the work more than worthwhile. My clients are even like family. Their believing and trust in me is not taken lightly… it reassures me that I am more than a professional, I am impacting lives in more ways than one.
