We had the good fortune of connecting with william Silbernagel and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi william, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process for starting How Crispy, for me, was that I wanted to take the leap and put all the things i have learned over the years and try to build something from the ground up that is mine.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets us apart from other chicken places, and there are quite a few in Atlanta, is the freshness of our product, the excellent service we give our customers and our devotion to growing our staff and communities.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would probably take them outside of the city to Blue Ridge for some hiking and hangs in Helen. We would probably go to Jaemoor farms and have some delicious ice cream and fried pies!
After, we would come back to the city and visit great food destinations like Buford Highway, Taqueria Oaxaquena, Pollo Primo and Deer and the Dove.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to shout out our families and investors who have believed in us from the beginning and continue to encourage us when we didn’t even know we needed it.
