Hi Cas, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
As a business owner, I can say that there are certain habits that have played an important role in helping me achieve my goals.

One of the most important habits that has contributed to my success is discipline. This means having the ability to set clear goals and objectives, and then sticking to them no matter what. It also means being strict with my time, focusing on the most important tasks and avoiding distractions.

Another important habit that has helped me succeed is continuous learning. As an entrepreneur, I have come to understand that business is constantly evolving, and that I need to keep learning and growing in order to stay ahead of the curve. This means reading books and articles, attending seminars and workshops, and seeking out mentorship and advice from other successful business owners.

Networking is also a crucial habit that has helped me succeed. Building relationships with other professionals in my industry, as well as with customers and suppliers, has been key to growing my business and opening up new opportunities.

Finally, I believe that persistence is another important habit that has helped me succeed. Building a successful business takes time, effort, and a lot of hard work. There will be setbacks and failures along the way, but the key is to stay focused, stay positive, and never give up. With persistence and determination, I believe that anything is possible.

What should our readers know about your business?
We currently run a marketing agency where we help small businesses, 1-15 employees, with their online presence. We are most proud of helping these businesses get results. These results are crucial in their ability to impact their customers and take care of their employees. What sets us apart is our open communication to our clients. We are easy to reach and we pivot whenever the market decides to change. Social media changes everyday and we keep our clients on top of the latest trends. Getting to this point was not easy. It took a lot of figuring things out, getting the right staff and sometimes saying no to a potential client that did not fit our overall culture. We were able to overcome that by doing a better job of communicating our brand identity. The one lesson that we learned from this is to keep on trying until you find the right natural fit for your processes. We want to world to know that we are on a mission to help as many entrepreneurs as possible reach their audience.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had a friend visiting the area and wanted to take them out to show them the best time ever, I would take them to midtown. Midtown Atlanta has something for everyone and it doesn’t disappoint. From the a morning stroll through Piedmont Park to an evening show at the Fox, you will not be bored. There are tons of places to eat but two of my favorites are Ra Sushi and Saints & Council. There’s tons of nightlife as well. You can party with the stars or enjoy a quiet cultured night at the High Museum. There’s so much to check out but they would be sure to have a good time.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my wife. We met in my first business and she has been by my side through the ups and downs. I have crazy ideas sometimes but she helps me stay grounded and focused on the big picture. I would also like to dedicate this to my parents. The have molded me into the the man I am today.
