We had the good fortune of connecting with Jett Jano and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jett, what inspires you?
I’m inspired by life honestly. life and all that it encompasses. All its complexities, the good, the bad, the ups and downs.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m a creative, I’m an artist. And I’m truly excited about my art(music). I think where I’m at in my life currently is pretty peaceful and I accept myself as myself and I’m okay with me. I really just feel good and I think sonically my music reflects that.

So I make feel good music which is inspired by all things love.

i believe I’m not quite where i wanna be yet but i feel I’m totally headed in the right direction. I’d say I got to where I am today by believing. Believing in self and without a doubt, the universe

what I want the world to know about my brand/art/music is that it’s authentically, uniquely, and unapologetically me. And you can relate to it. It’s feel good, it’s love, it’s life.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Can I be honest, I NEED somebody to show me around town and lemme know where’s the go to spots. So if anyone wants to be my tour guide I’m all the way for it lol

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
i wanna dedicate my shoutout to some strong women I had in my life growing up. My moms who honestly would always encourage me and told me I could do anything I put my mind to and to special queen I consider a fairy godmother. she use to be my loctician growing up back in maryland. Her name is Pallestine Williams and during those dark moments in my life she too would also encourage me and motivate me to keep going and follow my dreams. She honestly believed in me more than i believed in myself. And I can’t thank her enough for giving those many pep talks i never knew I needed
