We had the good fortune of connecting with Ty$tone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ty$tone, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my business is that I’m finding new ways to be my own boss and create passive income for myself so that I can have the successful future I envision for myself. I also have a leader mentality so I see it as my own freedom to make money.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I create music that reflects my life and story. What sets me apart from others is that I’m genuine and really reflect myself in my music. I create music to get my perspective across and hopefully show others they’re not alone and that they can relate to someone and overcome their battles. I worked consistently to get to where I am today. I’m most proud of how I’ve stepped up and performed this year. It wasn’t easy for me since it was outside of my comfort zone but I continued to push myself. I learned along the way that I’m my own motivation and that only I can push myself to reach my goals.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If someone where to come to visit me I’d take them to some chill hiking and nature spots around me. We’d eat good homemade food and relax. If they wanted to go out, I’d take them to ride the scooters around town and explore the area.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to give a shout-out to my brother. Without him I would’ve never pursued my music career. He’s always been someone I looked up to and I hope that I continue to make him proud.
