Meet Pierre Burrell | Actor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Pierre Burrell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pierre, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
My name is Pierre Burrell & I’m from Madison, Wisconsin. I was born & raised with both parents in the household, so my background & upbringing was full of love & discipline. Seeing how my father & mother work their way up to where they’re today is how I approach my life. My mom would always tell me to keep God first & keeping working hard. Growing up my dad taught me about safety & being the man of the house. He gives me a lot of advice that I still hold to this day. Without them I don’t know where I’ll be so I’m thankful to have both parents in my life.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As an actor, I’m most proud of my hard work & faith because it paid off at the end! First you dream it, then it becomes reality & I’m forever grateful. Making a living from creating great content is a blessing itself. I just want my life story to be exciting & also encourage people to go after their dreams as well. Doing this you have to be strong minded & have God right there with you. Chasing a dream you may lose some people in your life like family or friends, but this game is not for the weak! Only the right people will stand by you every step of the way. It will not be easy but if you have that vision & faith, then it’s already there you just haven’t gotten there yet! Work hard keep going!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There’s plenty of fun places like piedmont park, Centennial Olympic park, the trap house, Aquarium or Coca Cola. Or a nice restaurant like Cuts Steak or eat at juicy crab.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to shoutout to God because he saw that I believed in myself & he came through! Also shoutout to John Casablancas for giving me an opportunity to push my talents to the next level. Without them I wouldn’t be where I am today. Shout out to my Agent Stephenie Patrick, shoutout to my parents for the love & support. And I have to shoutout to the legendary film/music video director himself Mr. Benny Boom for putting my face on national tv on the show “QUEENS” on ABC!
