We had the good fortune of connecting with Aiden/ Asher Childs and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aiden/ Asher, how does your business help the community?
Our business helps the world by spreading positive daily affirmations throughout community on a everyday basis. With all the negativity going on in the world, the boys are letting their light shine and positivity through their affirmations. Affirmations have always been instilled in them at birth and when they were able to vocalize it became second nature. Now they are doing the same and encouraging others to do their affirmations.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Aiden & Asher are 6 years old and fraternal twins. At a young age they have always been inquisitive, observant and love to explore. They are different and have their own personalities, With their clothing brand they developed it from start to where we are now. Its amazing because they are only six and they picked the logo, what they wanted it to say, they sampled shirts, picked their thank you cards and help design their website. During this process it definitely wasn’t easy, but we were able to overcome the small challenges.

Aiden is the oldest by (15 minutes) they are a lot alike in many aspects, however, very much different with their own personalities. Aiden is my artist. When it came to designing the brand and picking out the colors he had the biggest input on it. Asher is my engineer he picked out the logistics side of everything. He also promoted by understanding how much the shirts cost by the size.

As their mother I’m most proud of them for wanting to make an impact in this world and wanting to change lives. If it’s one person that purchases their shirt they are so excited and grateful. I pray their clothing line will give people the mindset and courage to know anything they put their mind to can be accomplished.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Eating Spots: Brunch (The brunch house, Edgars grill)

Lunch: Catina locale, California dreams

Dinner: Mellow Mushroom, Lazara

Downtown is nice (we have the imperial theater and the river walk)

Dessert: boil weevil cakes so amazing
Vampire penguin (shaved ice cream)

While visiting we have to catch a green jacket baseball game. Nice scenery also.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We would like to dedicate this shoutout to our family, little friends, and a couple of our sister groups. They have been a big support and pushed us when things got a little tough. We also had special individuals that seen the big picture along with the change and invested in this clothing line. We want to thank each and everyone of you
