We had the good fortune of connecting with Justyce Mosley and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Justyce, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I am from Sylvania, a small town in Georgia. Coming from a small town, I’ve always loved go travel and see more than what I saw at home. I enjoyed traveling and experiencing things that were different than my everyday life. This impacted the way I view life. Although there are some people that enjoy their small town life, I am apart of the group that wants more. Part of my upbringing, included much of travel and cultural experiences despite being in a small town and that made me always want to enjoy life and it’s wonders. I personally feel like that impacted my desire to start and run a business. I enjoy experiencing life and bringing joy and happiness to others as well through my creativity sparked by my experiences.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Running a business is definitely not a piece of cake. Entrepreneurship comes with many ups and downs. Along the way I have had to learn important things like staying organized with business plans, portfolios, schedules, and more. I have also gotten better at money management. Starting my business at 17, it was not always as organized as I am now and there is still room for improvement. Personally by business is different from other because of the values in which it was started. I sell cosmetics that I ensure are affordable and convenient. The convenience part comes to play with the Beauty Bag I advertise which is a bag my customers can quickly bring with them on the go for beauty purposes. I also highly value self improvement and love by including a Bible verse or inspirational quote in every order. These values are wholesome and differ from a lot of the cosmetic businesses today.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If I was planning an interesting week for a close friend. I would plan a week that included many different experiences, I would include a calming activity like a nature walk or a spa day. I would include an activity that involved intellect like a tour or a museum date. I would also plan a creative activity like pottery or painting. Lastly I would include something very exciting like zip lining or horse riding. That would be my idea of a week filled with fun and awesome experiences.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
When discussing my success, my mom will always say that it was always in me. My mindset includes always being a good person as well as working towards self improvement. She is the closest person that I would say to have an impact on my success. From the beginning she emphasized how important education was and from then on I became an amazing scholar, excelling in school. That led to excelling other things like playing music and running an effective business. All it took was for me to see the importance and feeling of success for me to always strive towards it. There is nothing I want more but to always work to be a better me, not just for myself but for others as well.
