Hi Celisa, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
I actually have two favorite quotes that I live by daily. “Proper preparation prevents poor performance” written by James Baker and “To be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late, to be late is to be forgotten.” written by Elin Hilderbrand

I feel that both of these quotes are self-explanatory and a big key to being a great entrepreneur.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
R & R Cleaning and Home Essentials, LLC is a cleaning company based out of Nashville, TN. We offer home and business maintenance services such as Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, and Pressure Washing. We are not your typical cleaning company as we pride ourselves in providing more than just a cleaning, but a complete experience that you can feel good about.

R & R Cleaning focuses on cleaning and mental health. We believe that when you have a clean space it helps clear your mind. We also have a product line entitled R & R HomeEssentials. Our home essential products help you maintain your space in between cleanings.

I believe that what sets us apart from other cleaning companies is that we focus on your entire space. We even provide education to help you maintain that space. So, even when we are not there it will still feel like we are there.

As of date, we are currently most excited about our growth as a company, our amazing team, and having the most supportive customers ever.

I believe God and having a great support system has gotten R &R where we are today. Entrepreneurship is not an easy journey and there has been many times we thought of giving up but with the right people surrounding you creating a successful business is possible. Alot of the challenges we have faced we overcome with patience and prayer.

One of the biggest lessons that I have learned along the way is to give grace. I feel that a lot of times we as humans forget to extend grace to one another. I have also learned that it is best to continue to educate yourself on your line of business and about entrepreneurship as a whole. Invest in what matters to you the most. If you want a successful business, you must invest in it. Lastly, people are people. Don’t expect family and friends to support you just because of your relationship with them. Your vision is too big for a lot of people close to you to see.

I would like for people to know that my husband and I are regular people who live regular everyday lives. We understand when sometimes life becomes too much, and you just need a little help. We understand when there are times when you just need a little help with no judgement. We want you to remember that you have a safe space here at R & R Cleaning and Home Essentials, LLC.

Through this entrepreneurship journey I have realized that it is important that you have a great support system. A team of people that will not allow you to give up, to motivate you when you don’t feel motivated, and to pray for you when you don’t feel like praying. Words can’t express how thankful I am for my team without them I don’t know where R & R would be.
