We had the good fortune of connecting with Chris Taylor and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chris, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Well the thought was I wanted to have the freedom and control to be creative, because sometimes I feel as if when you work for others sometimes they can dim your light and I’ve always wanted to be the brightest light in the room to actually bring others who Light is dim to making them bright as well
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I feel like it’s my personal interactions with all of my clients it’s a connection as a artist you have to have when creating art with individuals and I feel like I can pull different attributes from each client during a creative session
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spot would have to be krog street, Ponce city market, and definitely the sky line
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love shoot every one who believes in my skills and knowledge to be the person that o am and also to the ones who actually took the time to mentor me in the business my brother and mentor Carlos Stephenson the owner of stillgoingdesigns he has always gave me guidance in the photography realm where I’m still learning and growing from him and my professor kumba Rashidi from Fort valley State university for giving me the knowledge I needed to be successful and last but not least my support system family and friends love y’all for always pushing and and believing in me
