We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Webb and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most important lesson I learned as a business owner or entrepreneur is that it’s a process and journey to a successful business. There’s not one way for all and you have to do the work, be persistent and trust the process!
What should our readers know about your business?
I started Unique Occasions byTNicole in 2013, as life long goal to have my own business. I have always loved planning special occasion since I was a little girl, so when the opportunity came for me to start a business, an event planning business was my first thought because it came natural.
Unique Occasions byTNicole is going into it’s 8th year and it’s truly been a journey. We are an Event Management and Planning company that focuses on providing event services, resources and solutions for any type of events.
One of the things, I have learned a long the way is to build strategic relationships and partnerships within the business. This allows you to better serve the client.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Atlanta is such a growing city with so much to do! One thing, I always say about Atlanta is there is something for everyone.
I would definitely take them to some of the great restaurants, there are too many to just pick one, so I would just have to pick a few. I would plan a day for us to walk the streets of Atlanta to experience the street art. Go to one of the historic sites like MLK center or home, civil rights museum, centennial park, ponce city market and the Atlanta Beltline. Also, we would definitely take part in some the live music night spots, because Atlanta has become a great live music scene for various lounges or clubs.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family, close friends and Event Team deserves a lot of credit for all the hard work they to do to support the business and me.
