We had the good fortune of connecting with Trinae Pinder and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Trinae, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
My business brings impact to the world by providing individuals with quick and easy meals that will bring joy into their homes. I believe Spice it Up With Nae, gives people the confidence that they need to create tasty meals. My recipes are simple and easy to follow.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Many don’t know that I am Clinical Mental Health Therapist. Cooking is just one of those things that I enjoy doing. While most see preparing and cooking dinner for their family as another task I see it as self- care and therapy for myself. After a long day of providing therapy to my clients I come home to cook, cooking has become therapeutic to me, it’s something that I honestly enjoy doing. Cooking is something that I’ve been doing since a teenager and now that we live in a world of technology and content creation I thought it would be a good idea to showcase my talent and passion. Of course I have come across many challenges while building my brand, but my faith in God, my family and audience keeps me going.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of my favorite places to visit in the city of Atlanta is Real Tacos! Omg I love that place. I honestly believe they have some of the best Mexican food in Atlanta. The drinks and the food is amazing every single time. Another hang out spot for me is of course Piedmont Park, I enjoy taking nice long walks on warm days at Piedmont Park.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a BIG shoutout to my God and to my husband! Spice it up With Nae wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for God and my extremely supportive husband.
