We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffanee Nolan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffanee, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor is my faith and simply doing the work. I live by the scripture “Faith without works is dead.” I trust God to lead and guide my steps but I know that I have to do my part. No matter what “doing the work” involves, it has to be done; even a well-oiled machine cannot operate on its own without someone operating it or starting it up to do its job. You have late nights, early mornings, admin work, financial work, and because of my artistry, physical work, amongst others things. That work doesn’t always look good, or even feel good, behind the scenes, but it builds character, strength, and pushes my brand to the next level, day after day.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

My art is….well, it’s an experience. Whether you are visiting my website, tuning in to a live tutorial, or receiving a service, I make every effort to make the experience memorable and valuable.

I am not just a makeup artist; I also completed an esthetics program in the latter part of 2021. During an experience with The Tiffanee Touch, I am educating clients and customers on skin health, makeup tips and tricks, and building and boosting their confidence.

I am always excited to get a smile at the end of each experience. That feeling of seeing someone smile, whether it’s because I showed them a new makeup trick, gave them pointers to help their skincare routine, or because they love their makeup service they received from me, is absolutely priceless and it keeps me going!

I worked in corporate America for years and I have also been a customer and client of many businesses. All of this has contributed to what I want my brand to exude and embody when it comes to professionalism, customer service, providing quality service, and simply treating people well. It has not always been easy building my brand but the hiccups and bumps in the road allow you to pivot and adjust; these things also give you insight on how to handle situations of sort in the future.

The Tiffanee Touch is not always going to be the place I provide a service; it’s a place where I help you feel a little better, smile a little harder, and move with a little more confidence. It’s my baby and anyone that comes in contact with the brand sees my passion for helping others and letting them be and feel like themselves!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

There are so many hidden and not so hidden gems around the city and surrounding areas but food is ALWAYS a great place to start! My friends and I love to eat and we love, love, love a good brunch, as well!

Brunch would be at either Milk and Honey, BQE, or The Hive (which also have lunch and dinner options) because they always have a great vibe with good music and good food!

Ponce City Market is always a great place to visit! We love makeup and they have  Sephora, with Ulta and MAC stores not too far away! Let’s not even get into it being right on the belt line, where you can walk, run, stroll, or just hang out! Oh, and the rooftop is unmatched! There are great places to dine, grab coffee, tea, or even a smoothie, and areas to have meetings!

There are also so many places to visit such as museums and historical sites. Of course, we have the birth home and church of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. but we also have the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, and the High Museum of Art, both with amazing exhibits.

And we can’t forget about catching a football game at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium or a basketball game at State Farm Arena, or a concert at The Tabernacle or Coca-Cola Roxy, a baseball game or just hanging out at The Battery and Battery Park, home to the World Series champions, The Atlanta Braves!

These would be just a few of the highlights but we’re also good with a nice shopping trip for makeup and skincare products, grabbing takeout, and relaxing with a glass or few of wine!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Wow! There are so many that have aided in my success thus far and contributed greatly to this journey, that it is difficult to name one or even a few. I will, however, dedicate this shoutout to my family, friends, my amazing Flutter Family (my amazing clients and customers), and equally amazing supporters! There are individuals who have never received a service from me that always ensure that others are aware of The Tiffanee Touch and the woman behind the brand. Whether it be word of mouth, via social media, or by having experienced The Tiffanee Touch themselves, the overwhelming amount of love and support both my brand and myself receive consistently makes everything I do worth so much more than I ever imagined!
