We had the good fortune of connecting with Susie Carder and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Susie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Finding something YOU Love!! Then it is never work… something you are passionate about something you would do for free and then monitzie! When you are doing what you love you never work again.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have build 9 organizations several multi million dollar businesses I have had alot of success and a whole lot of failures! EASY?? Who has it easy, the only way you think it’s easy is denial. There are alway sacrafice I have learned my the best lessons in my hardest moments, where you feel like life has taken you to your knees. in 2007 I lost 90% of my wealth in the market crash, it was humbling and challenging and most of all eye opening. It was devistaing I lost my dream home, my marriage of 17 years and my wealth. My defining moment was asking myself who am I now. I got to redefine it all.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well this is easy I live in one of the most beautiful place in the world San Diego… and secondly my home is like a resort, I travel for a living so when I am off I don’t want to travel I want to stay home. My home is called Ritz Carder… LOL my clients come and visit i have 2 guest rooms 1 arce and a beautiful outdorr resort I live 15 minutes from the beach 30 minutes from down town San Diego My goal is to have my friends feel like they have escape from day to day and live in possibility
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
This may sound corney but the shout out is to my family! My beautiful daughters, I am who I am because I wanted a better life for them. They motivated me, they were my WHY Why I worked so hard Why I wanted to succeed Why I am committed to being a better woman Why I am willing to stay late, play big go BIG
