We had the good fortune of connecting with Sheneka Adams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sheneka, the decisions we make often shape our story in profound ways. What was one of the most difficult decisions you’ve had to make?
The most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make was choosing to walk away from people and situations that I knew weren’t good for me, even when it hurt. Letting go of what’s familiar, even if it’s toxic, takes strength, but sometimes you have to choose yourself over everything else.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart is my authenticity and my focus on empowering women to elevate in every aspect of their lives—whether it’s dating, business, or personal growth. I’m proud of the impact I’ve made and excited about the spaces I create for women to feel seen, valued, and inspired. Getting here wasn’t easy; I faced a lot of challenges, from balancing multiple ventures to staying true to my vision when things got tough. I overcame them by staying disciplined, putting myself first, and refusing to settle for anything less than what I deserved.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that you have to trust yourself and be okay with making tough decisions, even if it means losing people along the way. My brand is about high standards, no struggle love, and creating a life that reflects your true worth. I want the world to know that my story isn’t just about success; it’s about breaking cycles, healing, and showing women that they deserve the best in all areas of life.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Day one would be all about unwinding and good vibes, so we’d start with brunch at a cute spot that has bottomless mimosas—something chill but fun to kick things off. Then, we’d hit up a local spa for some much-needed self-care.

For the rest of the week, it would be a mix of exploring and relaxing. We’d visit some art galleries and museums to soak up some culture, and definitely check out any live music spots because I love a good vibe. We’d hit up rooftop bars with amazing city views, sipping on cocktails while the sun sets.

For food, I’m all about variety, so we’d go to some of the best soul food spots, seafood places, and try some fine dining for a little luxury. And, of course, we’d have a day just for shopping, hitting up boutiques and any cute vintage stores for unique finds.

Toward the end of the week, I’d plan a day trip out to nature—a peaceful hiking trail—just to reset and enjoy some quality time. And at night, it’s all about good music, great food, and making memories. I’d make sure it was the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and connection.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a shoutout to my supporters. They’re the ones who believe in me, push me forward, and remind me why I do what I do. Their energy and encouragement deserve all the credit.

Nominate Someone: ShoutoutAtlanta is built on recommendations and shoutouts from the community; it’s how we uncover hidden gems, so if you or someone you know deserves recognition please let us know here.
