We had the good fortune of connecting with PINHEAD and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi PINHEAD, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I wanted to call my own shots. Rap about what I want to rap about. Dress the way I want to dress. Release music when I want to. Control my masters and publishing. Be in charge of my own creative control. BO$$ of my own destiny!!!
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My slogan is “Daring To Be Different Is The Key To Longevity”. I thrive on being original and different. Staying creative and inventive. No copy cating this way. I believe you should stay consistent in your craft so that you learn and evolve. HARDWORK pays off. Put your all into what you do. Keep GOD first, have some fun, and never give up on your dreams!!!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Aquarium, Braves, Hawks, Falcons Games, StripClubs, Six Flags, Movie Theaters, Clubs, Restaurants, etc
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to Yahweh (GOD) because I wouldn’t be able to achieve anything without his guidance and support!!! Also Shoutout to my two daughters Yashira Yane’ Wesley & Chantanek Jasira Wesley. They are my hearts and inspiration to stay postive and focused.
