We had the good fortune of connecting with Peter O. Estévez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Peter O., what do you attribute your success to?
The most crucial factor behind my success, and that of my brand, is adhering to a motto that has proven its worth in the world of business: ‘Massive, immediate, aggressive, imperfect action.’ This mantra emphasizes the importance of taking bold steps without hesitation. The key is to get started, even if the plan isn’t perfect, as you can always refine and improve along the way. This approach has propelled me forward, allowing me to tackle challenges head-on and seize opportunities without delay.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My journey has been defined by resilience, passion, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As an entrepreneur, I’ve immersed myself in the energy, gas, and oil sectors in Mexico, leveraging my expertise to drive innovation and success in these industries.
What sets me apart is not only my dedication to business but also my commitment to philanthropy and community empowerment. I am deeply involved in initiatives aimed at uplifting the Latino community, whether through my role as the founder of LatinTalks—a platform dedicated to inspiring and educating Latinos—or as a partner in the ‘Financial Revolution’ movement, where we prioritize financial literacy and empowerment in underserved communities.
My upcoming book, ‘From Lies to Riches – 13 Steps to a Healthy Life,’ reflects my belief in the transformative power of knowledge and personal growth. Through my international speaking engagements, I strive to share insights and strategies for success, drawing from my own experiences as an immigrant and entrepreneur.
My path hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has been an opportunity for growth. I’ve learned to embrace adversity, turning obstacles into stepping stones toward my goals. Along the way, I’ve discovered the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and the value of giving back.
Ultimately, I want the world to know that my journey is a testament to the limitless potential within each of us. Whether through my business ventures, philanthropic endeavors, or speaking engagements, my mission remains the same—to inspire, empower, and effect positive change in the world

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In reflecting on my journey, there are numerous individuals and influences that have played pivotal roles in shaping my success. Firstly, I want to express my deep gratitude to my faith, which has provided me with unwavering strength, hope, and purpose. My parents deserve immense credit for their selfless sacrifices, dedicating their youth and dreams to secure better opportunities for their children. I am forever indebted to my son, Alec Andre, whose presence in my life has taught me the true meaning of love, fearlessness, and unconditional care.
Beyond my immediate circle, I am humbled by the support and encouragement from my friends, partners, and extended family. Their belief in me has been a constant source of motivation and inspiration. Additionally, I owe a debt of gratitude to México, my birthplace, for instilling in me a hunger for success and a deep appreciation for my heritage.
Lastly, I want to recognize the United States of America for embracing me, offering boundless opportunities, and fostering an environment where dreams can thrive. Each of these influences has contributed to my journey in profound ways, and I am incredibly grateful for their role in my success.
