We had the good fortune of connecting with Passion McCaleb and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Passion, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
When I think about my values, the first few words that come to mind are Family, Faith, and Integrity. If I had to explain why I would begin sharing how family is important because it’s a direct connection to the legacy we leave behind. As an entrepreneur, it has been a blessing to have a career that allows me to be present, but also be an example to my family of untraditional ways to earn a living.
Faith, is what keeps me going on the days when it’s hard, when I am not motivated, or even when I forget my “why”…I have a strong belief and my faith in God tells me that whatever I am facing in that moment is just that, a moment.
Integrity, what a word. As a realtor “doing what’s right when no one is looking”, is extremely important, I strive to maintain a business run by integrity.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
October 2019, I became licensed as a real estate agent in the State of Georgia. I became licensed at a time when no one knew or expected the shift that would happen in our lives March 2020. Something that I belief sets me apart from others is that in a time when we had every reason to quit this field I stayed the course. This is the same attitude I take into every client relationship, no matter how hard it gets if you keep moving forward, I am going to move forward with you straight to the finish line. It has not been an easy journal, and at times I lost hope, and then I was reminded that without a visionary a team will perish, and that’s where I found my strength. I knew what I wanted for myself, I just needed to keep pushing, stay consistent and give the work a chance to show itself.
A lesson I’ve learned is that you always need to come back to your why…It will recenter and refocus you. I want the world to know that everything we need, is already in us, it’s just waiting for you to believe!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh man this is a cool question: I would definitely take them on a walk down the Beltline, we would eat a Krog Street Market. I would also take them to Ponce City Market to the rooftop, and we would eat Gelato from there, with a Peach Bellini.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to first and foremost my family for allowing me the space to fulfill time demanding roles, but trusting that I will be there when necessary. And next, my accountability group “The Wealthy Group”, thank you for pouring into me, thank you for reminding me, teaching me that before my business could be successful my mindset had to shift.
