We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicole Greberis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicole, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Remembering that in business people are people and treating them as such. I am a real estate professional, and I see other agents so often speak to people as though they are pitching something. And in my experience, no one likes being pitched to. You have to genuinely care about what people need and want. You have to talk to them like someone who genuinely wants to help them. Find common interests and connect with people on a personal level. Yes you are a professional and very good at what you do, but you’re also a HUMAN BEING, with family, interests, hobbies, and useful experiences!

What should our readers know about your business?
I love real estate so much! I am thankful for every day I get to wake up and do what I love! I started my career in Jersey five years ago, and just recently moved to Atlanta, I’m just getting started down here but I’m so excited to make new connections and help people get exactly where they need to be! Nothing in life comes easy, and not everyone is a good fit for each other. But when the vibes right, that’s when the magic happens. My clients love and trust me and I love them so much for that!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My go to’s when my friends and family come down to visit are the botanical garden, fernbank museum, the battery (truist park), downtown Roswell, and my personal fav fickle pickle for lunch!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
All of my clients, friends, and family, who have believed in me, trusted me, recommended me, and used me every time they had a real estate need! Also all of the amazing agents at CØMPASS I have connected with over the years! And of course every agent who’s been on the other side of a transaction we have gotten to the closing table!
