Meet Ms. Nancy | Relationship Coach & Adult Pleasure Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ms. Nancy and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ms. Nancy, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I’ve always had a heart, for good relationships. The kind of relationships were each person, is happy and empowered, as both an individual and couple. We live in a society, where selfishness seems to reign supreme, and I wanted to change that.

As well as center on healthy relationships, I desired to focus in on women empowerment (from a relationship and self love, point of view).

What should our readers know about your business?
I became an Adult Pleasure Consultant, through Bedroom Kandi Boutique, in March 2020. Right at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.

I was looking for an additional stream of income, through direct sales. I’ve done direct sales before, but wasn’t successful. The products were good, but the market was heavily saturated, while the commission did not meet my financial needs. It’s true that when most people hear, the phrase “direct sales” they immediately think MLM or scam. Because in the past (and still with many companies), only the upper leadership, see any financial gain.
I knew that by joining Bedroom Kandi Boutique, I would have an upper line of leadership. However, I felt something different about this company, versus other companies that I worked for. The products were/are unique, the compensation is great, and the market isn’t over saturated with consultants. That was an all around, win for me! Plus, I’m a fan of being different.

Upon joining Bedroom Kandi Boutique, I have not had the urge to quit! This company has been nothing but a blessing to me, and my family. I see every penny of my commission. It’s not broken up, and divided among my upper line. Whatever I earn, is MY money!

By being a star level consultant, it has pushed my desire to help couples, and empower women. Everything I do, is to help others. I want to see and know that couples, are really enjoying each other, on all levels of their relationship. I want to see women inspired to lead their lives, in the way it should go. Without waiting on a Prince Charming, that may never show up! Helping couples and singles to enjoy their lives, may (and a lot of times) include sexual pleasure. I’m here to assist them. To help them solve, their intimate problems, and enjoy that intimate part of their life again.

Was it easy, when I first started? No!! I’m not selling tupperware. I’m consulting others, on choosing the right adult toy, for the sexual needs. So therefore, the average person in public, may shun the idea. Those who are close to you, may feel some type of embarrassment, and the list can go on.

How did I overcome the challenge? I made up my mind to do what I want, and not worry about the opinions of others. When I look at my children, and envision our future, that is what makes me ignore any negativity. Sometimes it’s a challenge, to get new customers to take a look at your products. Yet that’s nothing to really get upset about. Everything isn’t for everyone. That’s life, and it comes with the territory of being in business for yourself. I keep moving, until I find the right customers, for my business.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well for starters, outside of taking them to the famous Waffle House, I would drive out to Decatur. There’s a restaurant on Flat Shoals Road, named Gut Busters!!! They have the best items for breakfast. The portions are big, and you will definitely get all the bang for your buck.

Homegrown is another restaurant, I would take them to, for either breakfast or lunch. Just like Gut Buster’s, the portions are large and it’s worth every dime.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost, my children. They are the reason why, I push my business. I want them to know what success, hard work, good relationships, and great self-esteem look like!

Next I want to thank, leaders in my Adult Pleasure business. They are constantly pushing me, to live my dreams, by showing up every day to work my business.

Lastly, I want to shout out my childhood friend (Melinda T. Smith). She’s always in my corner, cheering me on. As well as sharing my business with others, whenever she can.
