Today we’re excited to be connecting with Latrice Goss again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Latrice, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
My name is Latrice, aka LtheChef and I am the CEO/Owner of The L Experience Catering. I originated in New York City, which is where I was born and raised and have since expanded to Atlanta, GA.

Part of my slogan is “eclectic and savory cuisines” because I am not limited to just one cuisine, and my recipes are not just typical or classic. I learned a lot of my recipes from my upbringing (my family is from the Carolinas) and my own unique taste for flavorful food.

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Since our last interview in 2021, immediately following my demand became higher and I was busier than ever! Each event I catered I met new people, who became new clients eventually. The feedback and genuine love for my food and services was exciting as well as humbling. Summers are usually busiest for me, but last summer I took a bit of a break to self-rejuvenate and prepare for my next big move, which was to bring The L Experience to the ATL and showcase and introduce my cuisines.

While I am still in demand in NYC, I not only travel there for events but I have traveled by request to states such as Pennsylvania, California, Nevada, Arkansas to name a few! I look forward to taking Atlanta by storm and continue this journey of a traveling chef!

I am proud of my many accomplishments in life. I have worn a lot of hats and have excelled at a lot of my goals. I owe a lot of my success to my family and mentors. The three most things I expect to be proud of is that I had a loving family and support system, I’ve traveled the world and plan to travel a lot more, and through it all, God has favored and blessed me. All praise goes to Him.
