Meet Gemma Reed

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Gemma Reed again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Gemma, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
With over two decades of expertise spanning sales, marketing, business development, and management, coupled with ten years as a creative entrepreneur, I possess a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics and expansion strategies.
My knowledge and experience in the fashion, music, and hospitality industries gives me a deeper understanding in being able to refine, structure, and execute strategies to ensure tailored solutions for my every client’s success.
Having been the General Manager of a Jazz Club & Restaurant, and Founding my Marketing and Business Consultancy Agency in 2020, I have a unique framework of skills, and the ability to use my team to complete specific tasks if need be.

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Since 2020, it feels like I’ve lived five different lives! After fully retiring from running my fitness and wellness company, I shifted my focus to helping businesses across the U.S.—from startups to multi-million-dollar enterprises—refine their marketing and operations.
One of my most memorable years was 2023 when I moved to Florida to assist a client with a variety of projects, from managing their Jazz Club and Restaurant to developing strategies for increasing awareness and exposure around their new AI technology.
Now, with a full team in place, my company is able to support even more businesses, empowering entrepreneurs to thrive in today’s economy.

Life is often about tough choices – can you talk to us about your thought process, strategy or philosophy when it comes to making difficult choices or tradeoffs.
I always ask myself, “What’s the worst that can happen?”—and if the answer isn’t death or prison, then it’s never really that bad.
I truly believe that everything is figure-out-able. There are countless ways to reach a desirable outcome, and the right strategy can make all the difference. Strategy is my greatest strength, and I apply it relentlessly in my business—that’s exactly why clients seek me out for guidance.
