We had the good fortune of connecting with Esteban Galarza and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Esteban, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Our business contributes to the community by working closely with nonprofits, educational programs, and small businesses to improve their visibility, outreach, and sustainability. We believe that strong communication creates stronger communities, and we intentionally support projects that promote education, safety, and economic opportunity.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Trebol Media Group was built from the ground up with a simple idea: marketing should be strategic, honest, and actually work for the people behind the business. We work mainly with nonprofits and service-based businesses, helping them grow through strong websites, clear messaging, and marketing strategies that turn effort into real results. What sets us apart is our hands-on, consultative approach, we don’t just execute tactics, we take the time to understand the mission, the goals, and the challenges, and then build solutions around them.

Getting here wasn’t easy. Like most small businesses, we’ve faced uncertainty, limited resources, and plenty of learning curves. We overcame those challenges by staying adaptable, listening closely to our clients, and committing to continuous improvement. Every challenge forced us to get clearer, more efficient, and more intentional in how we work.

The biggest lesson we’ve learned is that growth comes from relationships and trust, not shortcuts. We’re most proud of the long-term partnerships we’ve built and the impact our work has had, especially with organizations doing meaningful work in their communities. What we want the world to know is that our story is one of resilience, purpose, and growth, and that behind every strategy is a team that genuinely cares about the people and missions we support.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m a local explorer at heart. Ever since I came to this country in 2015, I’ve loved discovering new spots especially hole-in-the-wall places that don’t always show up on the usual lists. When friends come to visit, our itinerary is almost always the same because it never gets old. We start with Ponce City Market, walk through Little Five Points and Inman Park, and spend a lot of time on the BeltLine. I love how it connects so many of my favorite places going from Piedmont Park all the way to Krog Street always feels like there’s something new to discover.

For a week-long trip, I’d mix city and getaway vibes. A day exploring Atlanta neighborhoods, good food, and drinks, followed by a short escape to places like Château Elan or Helen. If we have extra time, I’m always down for a road trip Nashville or even parts of South Carolina are go-to options. For me, the best experiences come from exploring, walking, eating well, and staying curious. There’s always something new to find if you’re willing to look.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family, without question. They’ve been the why behind everything I do. Their support, patience, and belief in me have carried me through every challenge and milestone. Everything I’ve built starts with them.
