We had the good fortune of connecting with Erin Reid and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Erin, what is the most important factor behind your success?
We make real connections with real people and are dedicated to spending the rest of our lives serving the American people through sport media and sporting events. My plan was to always work for a professional team but I missed the window, my love for the game was challenged and required me to do my own thing within the industry. A deep passion for helping people is what ultimately led to our success early on, building a team that loves sports will allow us to be successful long term.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We have evolved from doing just visuals, photos and videos. We focus on sporting events such as camps, we currently have an all American spring game set up for next May 16, 2026 in Houston Texas at C. E King High School. The plan is to grow into a full service sports company that manages professional player contracts. ( I am currently in the process of going back to school to obtain my masters in legal studies to make that a reality)

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Milton High School , that community will always be a second home for me. The Alpharetta community is very upscale. I enjoy going to Taffers after games for food and drinks. Milton has had the best hs football on the planet the last 2 football seasons. If it’s not sports related I typically don’t get out. I will venture out to Georgia Tech this year.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family , my uncle Jerry Reese was a former general manager for the New York giants without him being a professional in the national football league there is no way I become this engulfed into the industry. He allowed me to get my feet wet working at a nfl camp at a young age. Former coach Greg Ross and uncle another uncle that played in the NFl and at the University of Memphis works my camps and events and has supported me and been a big influence. Rod Reed Former Tennessee State head coach , Shannon Harris former TN state QB coach and Offensive coordinator, is the current Head Coach of the UFL team DC defenders. Trenr Dilfer former espn analyst and current head coach at UAB and his assistant Joey Roberts for believing in me and allowing me the space to run my first camps and teaching me the business side of football. I also would like to thank Ben Reaves at Milton HS for allowing me to come in and build my brand into a national force, also I would like to thank the people in that community for feeding me and opening doors for me when I was a couch away from homelessness. Georgia was good to me.

I owe a lot of credit to the people that doubted me, the negative feedback and the hate and lack of support drives me to new heights and allows me to rise to new levels each day. Last but not least my children EJ Reid and Erianna Reid they are my “why” If I forget anybody I apologize.
