We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Meredith Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Meredith, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
I see risk as a necessary part of growth…personally, professionally, and everything in between. You’re never truly evolving if you’re not at least a little uncomfortable. One of the biggest risks I took was opening my own practice. I walked away from a stable paycheck and trusted that I could create something better; knowing the quality of care I could give and the energy I pour into what I believe in.

That leap completely changed my life. It gave me the freedom to build a space that reflects my values and the kind of care I believe patients truly need. Taking that chance pushed me to grow not only as a chiropractor, but as a business owner and as a person. Every time I’ve leaned into uncertainty, it’s led to more opportunity, more confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose in what I do.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is a reflection of my values, my passion for patient care, and my belief that health should be accessible, personalized, and empowering. What sets my practice apart is that I focus on the whole person…not just symptoms. I combine evidence-based chiropractic care with individualized attention and support. I’m most proud of creating a space where patients feel truly seen and supported, and where I can help them regain confidence in their health and well-being.
The biggest lessons I’ve learned are that growth comes from taking risks, consistency is key, and the way you treat people; whether patients, staff, or partners, shapes your reputation and success. Above all, I want the world to know that my brand and story are about creating meaningful impact, empowering others to take control of their health, and showing that with vision, courage, and care, you can build something truly special.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting, I’d make sure they got a mix of the city’s best eats, beautiful outdoor spots, and hidden gems. We’d start with breakfast at Brooklyn Bagel and then take a stroll around Piedmont Park, soaking in the scenery and energy. I’d also take them to the Botanical Gardens, where you can get completely lost in the natural beauty and art installations; it’s one of my favorite spots to feel inspired.

No visit would be complete without wandering the Beltline, stopping at Lady Bird for a drink, and popping into a few local shops along the way. One evening, we’d catch a Braves game; there’s nothing like the energy of the crowd and the excitement of a live game to make the city feel alive. I’d finish the week with a rooftop bar to take in the skyline and just relax.

Honestly, one of the best parts of exploring the city is just exploring; you’ll stumble upon unique, exciting spots and experiences you can’t plan for. By the end of the week, they’d have tasted the food, felt the city’s energy, discovered beautiful outdoor spaces, and gotten a real sense of what makes this place so vibrant and alive.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without the incredible people in my life. My friends and family have been my rock, encouraging me through every leap of faith and reminding me to keep going even when things felt uncertain. I also owe so much to my chiropractic school professor, who believed in me when I doubted myself and always pushed me to see the potential I didn’t yet recognize. Above all, I’m grateful to God for guiding me, giving me strength, and surrounding me with people who inspire and support me. Their guidance, love, and unwavering belief in me have shaped not just my career, but who I am today.
