Meet Dr. Glori

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Glori and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr. Glori, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is alignment with the will of the Lord.
At every stage, I make it my priority to seek God, not just for guidance, but for His will. I am committed to doing it His way, not my own. I have learned that it is one thing to know the will of God for your life, but it is another thing to receive the way of God. Many people have vision, but they lack the wisdom and the instruction for execution.
My growth has come from honoring the process, obeying the instructions, and moving when God says move. That level of obedience produces clarity, consistency, and results that cannot be replicated by hustle alone. When you are aligned, doors open with less strain, favor speaks louder, and impact becomes inevitable.
That is the foundation of my brand and the reason my success is sustainable.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Currently, I am the CEO of Dr. GLORi & Co., a company that houses consulting and coaching services for businesses, ministries, small groups, and individuals. What sets my work apart is that it sits at the intersection of corporate excellence and Kingdom purpose.
One of the divisions I am most proud of is Kingdom Business Group (KBG). Through KBG, I take over 30 years of experience in Corporate America and teach ministries and faith-based organizations how to build with structure, integrity, and excellence. Many ministries are called, anointed, and gifted but lack the systems needed to sustain growth. That’s where I come in.
I offer comprehensive support to properly establish and strengthen ministries and businesses, from HR policies and procedures to payroll, finance, compliance, and even tax preparation. I don’t just advise; I help build foundations that can last.
What excites me most about this season is that I get to do what I love for Kingdom-minded people leaders who want to honor God not only spiritually, but operationally. Helping organizations move from chaos to clarity, from vision to structure, is deeply fulfilling.
This journey has not been easy, but it has been divinely led. Nothing about it was overnight. Anything of true value requires time, commitment, obedience, and consistency, and God has given me the grace to stay the course even when it was uncomfortable. I overcame challenges by trusting God, investing in growth, learning from failure, and refusing to quit when the process became demanding.
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is this: calling without structure creates burnout, but calling with wisdom creates legacy.
What I want the world to know about me and about my brand is that Dr. GLORi is a High-Value Woman of Faith. Everything I do is for the glory of God and the benefit of His people. My work is rooted in authenticity. I show up as a version of myself that may not always be polished or predictable, but it is real, needed, and purpose-driven.
My desire is not to be copied, but to be obedient. Not to be trendy, but to be transformational. What I offer isn’t just service, it’s strategy, stewardship, and substance for those ready to build God’s way.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Since I’m still fairly new to the A, there’s honestly so much I haven’t had the chance to explore yet, but I’m enjoying discovering Atlanta one experience at a time.
One place I’ve already fallen in love with is C & Seafood and Oyster Bar. If my best friend were visiting, that would be an immediate stop. They have the best oyster happy hour, and don’t get me started on the branzino, absolutely breathtaking. I’m a true foodie, so good food is always high on my itinerary.
I’ve also enjoyed getting a little fresh air and balance by going hiking to see the waterfalls. It’s a perfect reset, peaceful, grounding, and a great way to take in the natural beauty around the city.
For nightlife, I’d definitely take them to St. James Live. It’s a lounge with a live band that plays all the hits and old-school favorites; great music, great energy, and a grown, classy vibe.
Atlanta still has so much more for me to explore, but that’s part of the fun. Good food, live music, nature, and discovering new spots. That’s my idea of a great week in the city.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost, I want to thank God. He is the source of everything I am and everything I’ve become. But I also recognize that God uses people strategically and intentionally along the journey.
Although He sent many individuals to support, encourage, and guide me, I want to give special recognition to a few key women who played a significant role in shaping my value, my calling, and my life overall.
I want to honor Pastor Samantha Williams and Dr. Buskey for their leadership and the example they set in walking boldly in purpose. I also want to shout out my accountability circle, Apostle Nelly and Pastor Susan, for covering me, sharpening me, and walking with me in both faith and truth.
Each of these women poured into me at pivotal moments, and their influence helped shape the woman I am today. I’m deeply grateful for their obedience to God and their willingness to be used in my story.
