Hi Curlese, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success, and the success of Purposed Realty Group, is building genuine connections with my clients and being present to serve and advocate through one of the key milestones in their lives through real estate investing. Whether it’s helping a first-time buyer find their dream home, assisting a family in selling a beloved property, or working with investors to scale their real estate portfolio portfolio, my mission is to cultivate longstanding relationships. Real estate isn’t just a transaction—it’s about guiding people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives. My goal is to ensure each client feels supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. When you prioritize the needs and dreams of your clients, success naturally follows.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the team at Shoutout Atlanta for reaching out to me to learn more about me and my journey. My name is Curlese Benson and I am a Licensed Georgia Realtor and North Carolina Real Estate Broker as well as a veteran high school English/Journalism Instructor.

I am the proud founder and team leader of the Purposed Realty Group which is an Atlanta based full service concierge real estate firm committed to providing high quality buyer and seller real estate representation services. Purposed Realty Group also provides exclusive residential and commercial interior design and construction remodeling services.

As a real estate professional, it is truly a rewarding experience to play such a pivotal role in guiding clients in achieving their homeownership and investment goals. I specialize in assisting clients with buying, selling, and/leasing residential and commercial properties. Serving as an educator is rewarding because I have the esteemed privilege of impacting the lives of thousands of young adults who are preparing for college and/or career. My skills and experience as an educator has attributed a great deal to the success I have garnered in the world of real estate because I am able to properly educate my clients on how to make sound investment decisions that will yield high end revenue in the future. I am grateful for my colleagues and business partners who collaborate with me to operate Purposed Realty Group and provide a stellar client service experience. I am grateful for my support system and village who pours into me daily

My passion for service and education differentiates the client service experience of others because I provide clients with a full service real estate experience that is centered on providing high quality education and full concierge service throughout the client’s entire transaction and post closing. I am most proud of how far I have come and the amazing relationships I have been blessed to have created on this journey. I am looking forward to the growing more and creating an impact that I will make through service and my continued commitment to excellence.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I definitely would take my best friend to The Avalon in Alpharetta to visit my favorite restaurant Rumi’s Kitchen. After dinner, we definitely have to enjoy a nice evening of shopping and the local desert bars.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate the chronicle of my success as a person and professional to my beloved late grandmother Jannie Rose Benson who has been my guiding light, shield, and source of inspiration in all that I have accomplished. My grandmother’s life’s story and strides she made in life for herself and our family personifies strength and moral courage.

In my life’s work, I honor my grandmother’s legacy and the teachings she bestowed upon me to go forth and do well in life. I pride myself on the core values of my faith and the fruit of the spirit my grandmother instilled in me and modeled in her daily walk. One of the most valuable pillars my grandmother charged me with is understanding the importance of extending grace to others and myself. I am so blessed to have experienced a soul so beautiful and a love so sweet in this life that still carries me to date. To The Most High God be all the glory and honor for this journey and my beloved grandmother for her love and light that anchors my soul. My celebration will forever be Our Celebration.
